The Maryland Community Schools Coordinator Toolkit is designed to support Community School Coordinators quickly connecting families with programs offered by Maryland state agencies. Organized by thematic areas such as food, housing, health, and education, the toolkit allows coordinators to easily identify resources based on specific family needs.
Each type of support includes the information needed for informed referrals including but not limited to a listing of eligibility requirements, application steps, and contact information.
This is a test version of the toolkit. Feedback gathered will inform the development of a comprehensive, user-friendly website with an expanded set of programs. You can submit your feedback using this survey.
