The Maryland Community Schools Toolkit is designed to support Community School Coordinators quickly connecting families with programs offered by Maryland state agencies. Organized by thematic areas such as food, housing, health, and education, the guide allows coordinators to easily identify resources based on specific family needs.
Each type of support includes the information needed for informed referrals including but not limited to a listing of eligibility requirements, application steps, and contact information.
