Developed in partnership with the Child Mind Institute, the Playbook is a practical, evidence-based tool designed to help youth, caregivers, and educators translate research into actionable strategies for healthier digital engagement.

Why This Playbook Matters

Adolescent depression rates in the U.S. have nearly doubled since 2005. Research shows that young people who spend more than three hours a day on social media face double the risk of depression and anxiety.
