Tendea Family, Inc., is a nonprofit Community Quarterback whose mission is “to advance Baltimore’s Black Community by operating transformative programs focused on identity, self improvement, community service and development.” Tendea Family will focus on the McElderry Park community in Baltimore, and will use ENOUGH funds to build a sustainable infrastructure and partnership collaborative through capacity building tools including: data collection and impact reporting, conflict mediation and resolution training, case management capacity building, economic vitality capacity building, and more.
