South Baltimore Community Land Trust (SBCLT) is community quarterback that prioritizes affordable housing and creating clean, safe environments in marginalized zip codes. SBCLT is a member of the Baybrook Coordination Collaborative, a larger community coalition that focuses on the South Baltimore area. The Partnership Collaborative will focus on portions of Brooklyn and Curtis Bay, and consists of local organizations including, but not limited to United Way of Central Maryland, Greater Baybrook Alliance, City of Refuge Baltimore, and Benjamin Franklin High School. The collaborative will use ENOUGH funding to develop a Neighborhood Action Plan centered around safe and thriving communities, economically secure families, and healthy families.
