​Moving Dorchester Forward, Inc., is the Local Management Board for Dorchester County, and will serve as a Community Quarterback prioritizing the Cambridge/South Dorchester community. Their Partnership Collaborative consists of local organizations including, but not limited to, Cambridge Empowerment Center, Dream Big Academy, and Delmarva Community Services, Inc. With ENOUGH funds, their Neighborhood Action Plan will focus on educational equity, job training, and family engagement.
