Latin American Youth Center (LAYC) is a Community Quarterback whose mission is “to empower a diverse population of youth to achieve a successful transition to adulthood through multi-cultural, comprehensive, and innovative programs that address youths’ social, academic, and career needs.” LAYC will focus on the East Riverdale and Adelphi communities, and partner with organizations including, but not limited to, Employ Prince George’s, Junior Achievement of Greater Washington, Latino Student Fund, and Templeton Elementary School. With ENOUGH funds, they will develop a Neighborhood Action Plan that prioritizes K-12 education, workforce development, and human services.
