Elev8 Baltimore is a nonprofit Community Quarterback that partners with community schools and local organizations to coordinate resources, family support services, and other assistance programs to historically marginalized communities throughout Baltimore City. The Partnership Collaborative will focus on the Sandtown-Winchester and Harlem Park neighborhoods, and consists of local organizations including, but not limited to Baltimore’s Promise, Communities United, and Center for Urban Families. The collaborative will utilize ENOUGH funding to develop a Neighborhood Action Plan centered around Cradle-to-Career Education.
