The City of Cumberland is a Community Quarterback that wields existing partnerships with city agencies to provide for and support the needs of Cumberland residents. Led by the Allegany County Human Resources Development Corporation, Local Management Board, and the Allegany County Department of Social Services, the partnership collaborative will focus on the South Penn and John Humbird communities, and utilize capacity building activities such as advocacy and policy training, skills training, leadership development, networking and partnerships, evaluation and impact assessment training, and peer learning exchanges to expand community collaboration, identity potential partners, and build a comprehensive ENOUGH structure.
