Child First Authority is a nonprofit Community Quarterback whose mission is to strengthen children and families by coordinating cross sector resources and partnerships under a community schools strategy. The Partnership Collaborative will focus on the Druid Hill, Upton and Westside portions of Baltimore City, and consist of local organizations including, but not limited to Family League of Baltimore, Center for Urban Families, and Dorothy I. Height Elementary School. With ENOUGH funding, the collaborative will develop a Neighborhood Action Plan to increase economic mobility.
