Caroline Human Services Council, Inc. (CHSC) is the Local Management Board for Caroline County, whose mission is “developing and promoting a caring environment that provides efficient and effective services to residents of Caroline County by working in partnership with public and private individuals, agencies, and organizations.” CHSC will use ENOUGH funds to build partnerships and identify indicators that will drive their work in all ENOUGH result areas.​
