Boys and Girls Clubs of Harford and Cecil Counties is a nonprofit Community Quarterback whose mission is “to inspire and enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as ​productive, responsible and caring citizens.” Using ENOUGH funds, Boys and Girls Clubs will implement joint program development strategies to build partnerships and leverage organizational strengths with creative initiatives.
