Anne Arundel County Partnership for Children, Youth, and Families is the Local Management Board for the county and will serve as the community quarterback for the Pumphrey / Brooklyn Park community. The Partnership Collaborative, which has spent years building off the Casey Family Program’s Community of Hope model, consists of trusted institutions including but not limited to the Taxpayers' Improvement Association of Patapsco Park. The partnership will use ENOUGH funding to develop a Neighborhood Action Plan to increase economic mobility and end childhood poverty.​
