Community Assistance Network is a nonprofit community action agency quarterback whose mission is “to work in partnership with the community to develop, operate, and support programs that reduce vulnerability and empower personal growth, dignity, stability and self-sufficiency among people in Baltimore County experiencing economic challenges.” CAN will utilize ENOUGH funds to implement capacity building activities to expand partnerships throughout Baltimore County.
