Family and Community Partnerships of Kent County
Established in 1997, Family & Community Partnerships of Kent County reflects a diverse representation of the community through its 15 members who demonstrate a high-level of commitment to improving the health and well-being of children, youth, and families in Kent County. Family & Community Partnerships of Kent County works to ensure the implementation of a local interagency service delivery system for children, youth and families. This interagency service system provides a continuum of care that is family and child oriented, emphasizes prevention, early intervention and community based-services, and gives priority to children and families most at risk.
