Baltimore County Local Management Board
The Baltimore County Local Management Board facilitates collaboration across child-serving agencies and promotes effective partnerships with public and private stakeholders. The primary responsibility of the Local Management Board is to ensure the implementation of a local interagency service delivery system for children, youth and families. This interagency service system provides a continuum of care that is family oriented, emphasizes prevention, early intervention and community based-services, and gives priority to children, youth and families most at risk. The County Executive has appointed members to the Local Management Board that represent both public and private interests and possess expertise on child, youth and family-related issues.
